1. This competition is open to UK residents aged over 16 years of age on 1st September 2008 excluding employees of TimeBank, Home-Start UK, their agents or anyone else connected with the competition.

2. The content of entries must not contain expletives or offensive material. Any such entries will be disqualified. All material submitted must be genuine.

3. Entries can only be accepted if they are accompanied by the entrant's email address and they are happy to be contacted and can confirm they are over 16 years of age on 1st September 2008. Entries without the required details will be disqualified.

4. Entries can only be made individually.

6. Entries/ surveys must reach us by 30 November 2008

7. Proof of sending is not accepted as proof of delivery. No responsibility can be accepted for unreadable entries, or entries which fail to arrive by the closing date.

8. The draw will take place by 14 December 2008 and the decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified by email by 15 December 2008.

9. Four winners will receive a £50 Argos voucher.

10. TimeBank and Home-Start UK is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of the winning prize.

11. The name of the winners can be obtained by sending a SAE to TimeBank volunteering competition, 2nd Floor Downstream Building, 1 London Bridge, London SE1 9BG after 15 December 2008 and up to the end of January 2009.

12. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition. Entrants may be asked to take part in post competition publicity.

13. By entering, entrants agree that their entry can be used for publicity and promotional purposes for TimeBank and Home-Start UK without charge and as they see fit.

14. Entrants may submit one entry each.

15. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. If, due to circumstances beyond our control we are unable to offer the stated prize, we reserve the right to award a substitute prize.

16. TimeBank is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Competition.

17. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's prior consent.

18. This competition can be withdrawn and the rules changed for any reason without notice.

19. Prizes unclaimed after 28 days will be deemed to have been forfeited and TimeBank reserves the right to re-offer the prize in any future competition.
